Service Description
THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE FOR THIS SERVICE. I give clients the luxury of exclusivity, unlike many large and busy salons. By private appointment only, and a no wait policy, clients can come relax and be serviced fast and efficiently, allowing them them to get on with their day. Spending hours in the salon are days of the past!
Cancellation Policy
Infinite Design Booking Policy All services are provided **by appointment only**. To ensure adequate preparation time and maintain a seamless experience for every client, **last-minute bookings are not accepted**. Please schedule all appointments in advance through the online booking system. **Deposits & Payments** All deposits are **non-refundable** and are applied toward the balance of your scheduled service. If you choose to change your service, the new service must be of **equal or greater value** than the service originally booked for the deposit to transfer. Deposits for training courses are non-transferable. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within the timeframe permitted by the online booking system. Deposits are non-refundable. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in additional booking requirements or prepayment for future appointments. **Late Arrivals** A **15-minute grace period** is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid interfering with the next client's reserved time. Please understand that arriving late may also limit the services that can be completed during your appointment. **No-Wait Appointment Experience** Infinite Design operates on a **no-wait appointment schedule**. Each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with dedicated, uninterrupted service. Please arrive **at your scheduled appointment time** rather than significantly early, as another client may still be receiving services or the salon may be preparing for your appointment. **Guests & Children** To maintain a private, comfortable, and professional salon environment, **additional guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service**. Minors receiving services should be accompanied by an adult when appropriate. **Service Preparation** Please review the description and preparation requirements for your selected service before your appointment. Arriving unprepared may affect what can be completed within your reserved appointment time and, when necessary, may require rescheduling. **Agreement to Policies** By booking an appointment with Infinite Design, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to the salon's booking policies.
