Cancellation Policy

There is a deposit on all services, which are non refundable, and will serve as a cancellation/no show fee. If transferring a deposit to another service, the new ticket must be of equal or greater value to the original ticket selected. Otherwise, it will not be transferable. Transfer of deposit does not apply to training courses. Please use the bathroom prior to arrival of your appointment, as there isn’t one available for use. If arriving earlier than your scheduled time, please wait in your car until notified to come in.
